Courier service (Yu-Pack, post office)

Available for all products.
Please select "Courier" as the "Delivery Method" during the "Purchase Procedure"

Mail service (Yu-Packet/Post Office)

Precautions when using mail service

It may take 3-6 days for delivery.
Please note that in the event of damage, loss, non-delivery, or delay during delivery, the delivery company and our store cannot provide any compensation or refunds.
Even a single incorrect letter in your address or name may result in your package being returned or lost.
As the package will be delivered to your postbox, we cannot deliver if you do not have a postbox, your postbox is smaller than 28cm long x 40cm wide x 2cm deep, your postbox is locked, or there is no nameplate or name on it.
Cash on delivery, date specification, and time specification are not available.

If the product price is 10,000 yen or more, delivery charges are free, so we will deliver your order by delivery service even if you specify mail delivery.
